It is a “fill-in” form, so you can type in each of the fields before printing out your final entry form. If you’d prefer to handwrite your responses, that is okay, too.

You can also attach any pages / notes that you believe will be helpful to the judges in knowing more about your summertime adventures.

Remember, there are online resources for many of the entry items. . . and you can find options for most of the items both near your home and across the state.

A wide distribution of your entry items across the state is the best way to compete for the first, second and third place prizes.
