We need the event up to four months in advance. Please submit your event as early as possible.

The cut-off dates for each bimonthly issue is as follows:

•   January/February, December 1
•   March/April, February 1
•   May/June, April 1
•   July/August, June 1
•   September/October, August 1
•   November/December, October 1

EACH ISSUE contains events from the middle of the first month of the issue to the middle of the month after the second month.
So, the January/February issue contains events from mid-January through mid-March.

We also prefer to list events that someone would be willing to drive 15 minutes to attend. Purely local events are less likely to be listed.
